Grappa Proveniente da Agricoltura Biologica

(made from organically grown grapes) A special 43-degree grappa is the ultimate produce of Il Poderaccio Farm. This special liquor is distilled by D.E.TA. srl from pomaces obtained from organically grown grapes. No pesticides are contained in anticriptogamic and antiparasitic treatments applied to the vines and grapes and a limited use of sulphur dioxide allows for the development of a different microbic flora. Pleasantly unusual aromas and tastes - specially dedicated to the fans of organic products - are thus generated in this unique liquor. Limited production - a few 0.50 - litre bottles per year.
