Aged for three months in stainless steel containers and two months bottled. To be combined with typical Tuscan dishes like ribollita or pappa tomato sauce, excellent with meats, white meats and as an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 12-14° in medium-sized tulip-shaped glasses. |
